Anna brings a lifelong passion for sports and fitness to our team. Originally from Athens, she grew up on the basketball court—competing at a high level and winning a state championship during her high school career. Along the way, she discovered a love for mentoring others, often training younger athletes and helping them develop both skill and confidence.
Anna went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Kennesaw
State University, where she deepened her understanding of athletic development, performance, and health. She is now certified in both Personal Training and Nutrition through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
