  • Q: Don't I need to be in shape to start CrossFit??
  • A: NO! Most of our athletes have little to no experience when they begin with us.  Every movement of every workout will be adjusted to each individual to find that "3 Little Bears" amount of challenge (not too hard, not too easy, juuuuust right!) so that your body is challenged to adapt without doing more than you're ready for.
  • Q: Isn't Georgia Strength only for serious/competitive athletes?
  • A: Absolutely not!  We love beginners!   Our professional coaches know just how to make first timers feel at home so that you can conquer your fears and start discovering your true potential!
  • Q: I want to get started, but I don't think I'm ready for group classes just yet.  What do you suggest?
  • A: Starting your fitness journey with a  few one-on-one sessions is a great way to learn the foundational movements at your own pace without the pressure of keeping up with the pace of a regular class.
