    Snatch up to 175×5
    C&J up to 225×3
    5 min amrap of 5 front squats (185) + 10 ttb – 4 rounds

  2. AM) Snatch work up to 115#
    Power cleans up to 145#
    PM) Back squat.. YUCKY.. up to 155×5… and it was struggle city
    5 rounds EMOTM: 10 GHR, 15 TTB (last round I only did 12 UB but did the last 3 real quick after)
    *Worked on MU swing on the rings// Fly PU’s
