  1. A. 135 probably a PR, need to check my sheet at the gym.
    B. 100# PC, 15# GHSU
    C. Missed the memo that we were supposed to be counting. I was a little bit more concentrated on switching the direction of my momentum, which I was pretty terrible at. Overall, I think I did pretty well though.

  2. Snatch singles up to 125#
    Bench 120×5, 125×5, 125x 5 (5 rm PR)
    30 seconds of CTB, PU (with metal bar thing and box), DU for 3 rounds
    GHSU 15# x 10 x 10

  3. Snatch singles up to 185, Bench sets of five 185, 205, 210, 215, 220, 225, 225, with pendlay rows in between sets
    B with 205# and 25 #, tried to do 10 unbroken pc and failed after 8

  4. A. 135 squat clean PR
    Bench 95×5
    B. 3 TnG squat cleans at 90#, 25lb plate for GHSU
    C. Had to get going so I just did 100 double unders as fast as I could. Did 72 straight (3 off my PR) then broke up the rest.

  5. snatch practice up to 135
    bench: 1×5 at 125, 1×5 at 135, 1×5 at 140. and 2×10 with 35lb KB
    weighted pu: 1×3 at 25, 1×3 at at 35, 1x1x1 at 40
    metcon at 125
