  1. rhythm hang snatch triples up to 115
    30 on 30 off:
    Clean and Jerk 115# – 6, 7, 6
    Push ups – 32, 20, 16
    TTB – 13,13, 10
    DU – 35, 30, 40

  2. A) apparently I missed something here, because my version of waves was impossible. I ended up doing 3 sets of 5 at 185 after two failed waves.
    B) 87, 67, 55
    209 total

  3. A) 3 x (155, 175, 195×5)
    B) 162 (81, 40, 41.. 1st set = 2nd + 3rd combined.. pushups went from 31 to 12 and the wheels came off on DU once I got tired)

  4. A) 110 … Only 4 times on the last one though but a PR!
    B) 220 ( no sumo thingies.. Did hip extension thingies instead)
