  1. A) up to 140 (PR off the blocks) +5
    B) yes. 100# RDL 5 rings dips (couple rounds with 2.5#)
    C) 95# 4 & 8 first 5 rounds then 4 & 6, then 3 & 6- that was sucky
    D) 2 sets of 25 GHSU

  2. A) up to 205 pr
    B) check. 150lb RDLs, 5 rings dips (3 with 10lbs)
    C) 10 rounds complete, final round with 13 burpees, power cleans at 135lbs
    D) nope. might do this tomorrow.
