    10, 9, 8…1: ring rows, box jumps (10 each side and on) and double AirDyne cals (20, 18…2) – 19:49

    1. Yuck. I am trying to find an injury that will prevent me from being able to Airdyne, but still be able to do everything else.

      1. You guys ever watch football? Even the injured guys on the sideline are yup, you guessed it – riding AirDynes. You’d pretty much have to put yourself in a wheelchair to be excused from an AirDyne wod. Happy biking!
