    Worked on mobility

    15 min AirDyne sprints (30 sec sprint/30 sec rest)

    Got about 120 cal and 3.4 miles before the bike zeroed everything out

    B) Walked around for a little bit, had some water
    C) 13:24 Erik enjoyed the “tailpipe” a little too much
