    C. 7:44-sub 1 MU and 5 HSPU for MU section
    5 min bike interval immediately after 30on/30off

  3. A. 85 – missed 95 a couple times, probably should have kept going but the last time I dropped it it freaked me out.
    B. low 15 something. as far as I’m concerned, no workout with MU AND DU should be timed. (5, 4, 3MU and sub 15# overhead lunges for pistols – lower back was shot from the deadlifts)

  6. Rested Wed, did modified non-impact WOD Thursday, stair climber then 4rds of 4 hang squat cleans 95#, 10 pistols, 10 push ups, 5:41 then 40 sit ups and stretched
