    B2) 0 MU w/ vest/19 WB, 0 w/vest/15, 2 no vest/13, 3 no vest/14, 2 no vest/14 (Had to loose the vest to get an muscle ups, but wore it for WB)

    For Twenty Minutes:
    Three UB Power Cleans at 185 on odd minutes/ 1 muscle up on odd minutes. I have gotten awful at muscle ups. I will do them every day now.
    3 x 10 OH weighted GHSU Situps
    30 Sec. Row intervals for 10 M : 1500 M total
