    Monday:
    A) 15 P.snatches every 40 secs… worked up to 120#
    B) 9:18

    Tuesday:
    A) push press, push jerk, split jerk complex… up to 135#
    B) check

  2. Invictus continues….SUPER sore today

    A. 3 rounds: 3 MU + 15 GHSU + 15 meter handstand walk
    B. 3 sets 4-5 Deadlifts (only went to 135 for my back’s sake)
    C. 3 min AMRAP, 4 min rest, 5 min AMRAP
    6 20” Lateral Burpee Boxjumps
    9 Power Cleans @ 105 (changed from RX of 135# DL)
    12 Pushups
    3 min=1+ 6 cleans
    5 min=2 + 1 clean
