  1. Bottom to bottom tabata air squats (again) 128 reps
    3×10 (per leg) split squats (30#)
    7×8 belt squats (35 up to 135, then back down)

    EMOMx10 2 muscle ups (pause in the catch)
    10 minutes working on technique for bar MU
    For time:
    20, 19, 18 etc down to 1 AD cal + Box jumps (30″)
    After every 5th round do 100 DU (if you miss a DU do 10 walking lunges, then pick up where you left off)
