Deadlifts sets of three @ 275, 300, 340, 375, 405

15 GHSU, 10 KB SDHP with 88lb, 20 double unders alternating on the minute for 15 minutes

AM: 3 squat cleans at 135 every minute for 10 minutes

Weighted Chin ups, sets of three at 10, 15, 25, 30, 35

PM: Deadlifts sets of three @ 315, 365, 400, 415

10 rounds for time

3 Deadlifts @ 275

6 ring dips

9 knees to elbow

Oh and I did a rope climb and 30 seconds air dyne every 2 min for 10 minutes this morning (learned the proper rope climbing ways)
