  1. AM: 3 power cleans on the min. 1 set at 175, 1 at 195, 2 at 205, 2 at 215.
    Power clean singles – 225 (power clean pr +30)
    Strongman situps 3×15 100# dumbbell
    PM: block clean singles up to 235.
    5 rounds: odd min 10 GHraises w band
    even min TTB – 10, 10, 10, 8, 8 then
    5 rounds for time: 10 pistols + 10 lateral bj bounds 24″ – 5:16

  2. A) Squat: 200 x 5 (jump lunges after as no tall box)
    B) N Bench: 125 x 5 (80 pendlay)
    C) 5 rds: 10 push ups, 10 pistols, 10 burpees, 20 reg BJs (cuz no boxes that were narrow enough to jump over) – 11:58 minus 1-2 minutes bc some globogym guy came over to ask me to spot him *during* the metcon
    D) 1mile on incline treadmill – 8:49

    3 power cleans on the min for 10min (175 for most of them)
    PC singles on the min up to 205

    PM-
    Block clean singles up to 230
    Odd= 7 GHraises, Even= 15 TTB ( closer to 12 for most rounds)
    3 rounds: 1min burpees, 1min airdyne cals, 1min rest
    17, 13, 15 – 31, 21, 20

    suqats,
    push ups
    pull ups

  5. AM
    Snatch balance up to 115 but then went back down to 95 to work on not falling forward
    Snatches at 75lbs working on form ( did 1 every 30 secs for 5min)

    PM
    Jerk up to 105 (didn’t go higher cuz I was running out of time)
    10 8 6 4 2 1 CTB/ 5 4 3 2 1 clean and jerks 105# 5:31

  6. AM: 3 power cleans on the min. 2 at 185, 2 at 200, 5 at 215, 1 at 220
    Power clean singles – 225
    Strongman situps 3×10 100# dumbbell
    PM: block clean singles up to 245.
    5 rounds: odd min 8 GHraises
    even min TTB – 6-10 per round
    5 rounds for time: 10 pistols + 10 lateral bj bounds 24″ – 7:06
