Moms Who Move!

Are you a mother who struggles to find “me” time for exercise? We can help! It’s important to prioritize your self care because a strong, healthy mom is more capable of navigating the world’s toughest 24/7 job than one who doesn’t have the strength or energy to deal with the chaos of motherhood. Our Moms Who Move class is designed by moms for moms! Workouts are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-11am and kids care is offered if you need to bring little ones along to the gym.

Each class begins with a warm up designed to mobilize tight spots, strengthen weak points, and correct imbalances that inhibit your performance and put you at risk for injury. This isn’t your average cookie cutter boot camp! This is a highly individualized regimen that is sure to develop your strength, endurance, mobility, balance, and overall mental and physical fitness. Each workout is a fun combination of strength work with barbells/dumbbells/kettlebells, core strengthening, gymnastics and conditioning/cardio that is tailored to each individual based on age, experience, injuries, etc so that each athlete is doing just the right amount based on their current abilities. Every day is different, and the program will evolve as you adapt to it! The goal is to make steady progress and have fun with a group of like minded individuals.
