    25 minute run

    Today-
    *didn`t have much time…
    1/2 mile run warm up
    5 rds: 3 HSPU, 6 Pull-ups, 1 Bear Complex 85lbs, 30 DU`s
    3.5km run back to my grandparents house

  2. 5,4,3,2,1 of bear at 175 (BW) w 30 DU in between – 13:00
    Front squats sets of 5 up to 225 w 5 tall bjs in between
    10 GHSU w 15# plate on the min for 6 min
    Log grace not for time

  3. a) block clean to 205
    b) close grip bench press with 2 sec pause to 225×4
    c) Row Interval work
    row 1 min : rest 1 min
    row 2 min : rest 2 min
    row 3 min : rest 3 min
    row 4 min : rest 4 min
    then back down the pyramid ~4300 m
