    Gymnastics – First ring handstand push up, 3 repetitions
    Conditioning – 7, 6, 5, down to 1 MU + 21, 18, 15, down to 3 AirDyne cals – 10:40

  2. Block snatches up to 225, still recovering from the weekend
    Power cleans TnG 3s on the minute – 185 for 4 min, 205 for 3 min, 225 for 2 min, then singles at 235 and 3 x 245
    3 rounds of 10 hamstring rehab swissball roll-ins + 10 ringrows + 15 GHSU

  3. A) 165 x 1 (15# PR)

    B) 16 @ 135.. nice wod to judge improvement since this weight was a PR and so tough during the open not long ago
