    Did the DL’s at 135, all unbroken each set (woohoo), 9:20

  3. A1) 185, 205, 225 x 5 Narrow grip bench
    A2) 155 Pendlay rows
    B) 11:20 (MU/AD) and met pukie the clown
    this workout was brutal! well played Brent
