    Then 2 rounds of (1, 2, 3, 4 reps) back squat @ 285 + strict CTB @ 25

    Heaving snatch balance triples – up to 125×3
    B. Increasing clean weight every other round 115, 135, 155
    sub TTB for 12 weighted (15#) GHSU due to ripped hand
    Sled pulls

  3. First Texas weightlifting workout

    Sqauts up 275 x 10

    3 power cleans on the minute for 10 minutes @185

    Two min break

    3 power cleans on the minute for 5 minutes @ 225 (wanted to go up to 10 but came really close to hurling, and I didn’t want to disturb the other gentlemen staring at themselves flexing in the mirror)

  4. A. 125 (I am stuck at this weight…grrrr.)
    B. 90# (15,12,10,10,10,10 TTB)
    C. I have no idea what the total was, but the high was 16 or 18 and the low was 9. I got 10-12 the remaining rounds. Thanks to Brent for the motivation.
