  1. Oly 1. 5×3 vertical clean of high blocks (at hip) + jerk – 135, 135, 155, 155, 155
    Strength 1. back squat (% of 3RM) 1×5 at 80% – 250, 1×3 at 90% – 285, 1×2 at 95% – 300, 1×2 at 100% – 315 (only one, thanks Ali for the dual-pec grasp on the second one haha)
    2a. 5×2 push press – 155, 175, 165, (switched to press – 135, 135)
    2b. 5×2 pause front squat – 185, 205, 225, 235, 250 (PR)
    Conditioning EMOM 3 muscle ups, rest of min AMRAP DU – dropped to 2 MU last 4 mins, DU total – 231

  2. A) 120 all the way through, then there was a lapse in bar math and I ended up power cleaning 135 for a 15lb PR. I didn’t make it through the remainder of the movements.
    B) 20:00 sub 15 lateral BJ’s for burpees bc we were outside and I was being prissy. Tee hee. Still a tough workout. Nice one, Brent.

  3. A. all at 215, clean + Jerk at 225 (no power clean)
    B. 19:14.. did 15 lateral bjs w no burpees after doing half the first round in the dirt outside

  4. Afternoon – Snatch off tall blocks (hip height) up to 225, near miss at 230, then 5 singles at 205 w 30 sec rest
    Evening – AirDyne warm-up 15 min, then 10 rounds of 30 sec sprint + 30 sec 50%, 5 min cool down

  5. A) 100
    Then 4 rounds
    10 OHS with 45lb bar (holy cow those were shaky for a few reps. so pathetic for me when my max had been 115 two months ago)
    10 burpees
    20 situps
