  1. Oly 5×2 snatch off high block (just about knee) – 115, 135, 145, 155, 165
    2a. 4×3 Snatch pull – 175 all sets
    2b. 4×3 Drop snatch – 75, 95, 105, 115 (pr)
    Strength 1a. 4 x strict GHD – 12 reps, 15, 15, 15
    1b. 4×10 strict TTB + BB TGU (2 per arm) – 10+45, 10+45, 10+65(1), 10+65(1)
    Conditioning 7 rounds of: 7 KB thrusters 53# + 7 lateral hurdle 24″ + shuttle run 10 m (3 hurdles + 10 m shuttle is 1 rep)
    rest 20 sec between rounds (more like 45 – a minute)

  2. Warning: don’t come to the gym on your birthday…Brent was kind enough to put together this delightful WOD yesterday:
    26 repetitions of every exercise…. double KB thrusters (35), SB halfmoons(35), wall ball (20), dead lift (175/0nly 10 reps), HSPU, GHSU (15#), DU, TTB, Rdips, Ring Rows, v ups, cleans (94), bar push ups, ab mat sit ups (35#), OHS (64), snatch (64), jump lunge, back ext, row cals, air dyne cals…47 minutes

  3. Ran 2.5 miles, 100 situps
    A) 120 PR
    Then a medley of fun things
    –Sled push with over 300 lbs on it
    –10 min AMRAP: 5 HSPU, 10 KB swings, 15 situps (would have made up a more exciting WOD with CTB’s if they had chalk. they didn’t, clearly.)
    –handstand walk practice

    Got a hell of a lot of weird look from the globo gym goers…it was hilarious.
