  2. 4 .39 miles 2 mile run 2.29 mile power walk
    4 rounds- squats, ghsu, back extensions, push-ups, sit-ups

  3. AM – hang power clean triples (mid blocks) up to 245 for 3, then singles up to 265
    3 BJs @ 48″ x 6 sets, then 15 TTB on the min for 7 min

    PM – jerk w/negative up to 250, jerks up to 285
    Press 155 x 3, 165 x 3, 170 x 1, 175 x 1
    MU>HSPU x 5 singles, then 5 more w 10 lb weight vest
    3 MU on the minute for 10 min w 20 lb vest

  4. AM
    Hang power clean triples up to 135 and one single 140
    3 BJ’s at max(not my best today) height possible
    Max unbroken TTB on the min for 7 min ( 59 total)

    PM
    A) Snatch up to 3 x 85
    B) Squat 3 x 126 … Legs were super tired today I guess
    C) 15:30 ( instead of ghsu I did 25lb plate get up thingies)

    A) 5 x 3 hang power cleans w/ :30 rest (125lbs)
    B) 3 x max ringdips 2:00 rest (12, 7, 5)
    C) 3 rds for time: 2 laps (est 400m) + 12 Russian KB swings + 12 PU + 2:00 rest = 11:15

    Hang clean triples at 145, hit 155 twice
    TTB for 7 rounds on the minute.
