    Strength 1. Back squat % of 3RM – 1×3 90% – 285, 1×1 100% – 315, 1×1 105% – 330, 1×1 110% – 345, 1×1 105% – 330
    2. 4×1 push press – 175, 185, 195, 200 (pr)
    Conditioning 3 rounds for time/reps of 5 clean to thruster + 50 DU + 5 clean to thruster, rest 1 min, 1 min max effort burpees, rest 1 min

  2. AM – snatch technique work off mid blocks, power triples up to 175
    Then 1 snatch on the minute for 10 min (195) + 1 every 30 sec for 5 min

    PM – Press 125 x 11
    3 extra rom HSPU on minute for 10 min
    3 MU on minute for 10 min

  3. AM-
    Hang Power Snatches- 3×3 @ 125, 125, 135(x2)
    Snatch block singles up to 155, missed 165
    10min of 1on/1off row sprints- right at 2000M total

    PM-
    Back squat- 275 x 7
    Im guessing 90-95 (lost count round 1) 115#

  4. Forgot AM
    Hang Power Snatches 3×3 65,75,75
    Snatch singles off blocks up to 90. Missed 95, barely
    10 min 1 on/1off row sprints 1800ish meters.
