  1. Oly 5×3 clean off low blocks + 1 split jerk – 155, 175, 185, 185, 185
    Strength 1. Back squat 5×3 – 245 (felt super weak)
    2a. 3×5 push press- 135, 145, 155
    2b. 3×3 jerk dip squat – 245
    Conditioning for time run 800 m then 100 KB snatches (24kg, alternating arms) 15:00

  2. Back and shoulders not in fantastic shape, so Herb (TitanFit in Indy) made up this little treat: 28, 24, 20…4 burpees, ring rows, TTB, row cals – 39:26 (I’ll never complain abt Brent’s TTB WODs again!)

  3. AM – 6 snatch singles at 195 (legs still a little beat from yesterday)
    3 x 20 reps weighted AbMat stups (100 lbs)

    PM – snatch waveloads (185, 195, 205) x 3
    Back squat up to 315 x 5
    Then 1 min sprint, 1 min easy pace on C2 for 5 rounds

  4. 5:19 125#
    First 10 easy, 12-21ish were ugly, and then at 22 I remembered I could squat still and didnt have to jump it all the way up everytime and it got easier again.. Prob could’ve done Rx but glad I stayed where I did
