  1. Found a gym in Alpharetta that lets me workout with the trainers!
    We have been doing the Crossfit Invictus programming. Today was:

    A. 3 rds: 2-3 Rope Climbs, 30 sec L-sit, 8-10 Ring Rows (feet up)
    B. 5 sets High Hang Snatch + Mid Hang Snatch (75,80,85,85,90)
    C. 3 RFT: 3 Power Snatch + 6 OH Squat + 12 CTB + 2 min rest (90)
    1:30, 1:30, 1:56
    D. For time 1K Row + 25 PU + 20 Alt Pistols + 15 PU + 10 Alt Pistols
