  1. A) 100 x 10 – was accidentally doing power cleans for awhile so had to go back and do real cleans, but I felt really fast after all the cleans!

    Then 3 rounds of barbell plyo step-up (10/leg) + 15 KB swings (3 pood) + 20 GHSU
