    5 rounds – 1 stone over shoulder 143# + 1 sled sprint 45#
    PM: rack jerk up to 185
    Push press 5’s – 155, 175, 185(4)
    5 rounds on the min all w 10# vest on –
    8 ring dips
    8 ring rows
    Farmers walk to sidewalk and back w 2 70 dumbbell

  2. AM:
    (ran late this morning so short am)
    1×5 clean and jerk 85
    1×5 clean and jerk 90
    Stretched

    PM:
    For 12 min every 45 secs did clean and jerk
    ( 1st 6 min at 90..3 min at 95 and 3 min at 100)
    3 x 5 back squats 155
    10 ghsu w/ oh 15lb plate on odd min/ 15 Russian kb 70# even min for 10 min
    8 hill sprints
    Handstand practice ( walk forward, turn around and back)

  3. At Crossfit RX in Decatur. Their WOD was sprints of:

    Row 500m then run 400m then rest 3 min for 3 rnds.

    I arrived with a little bit of a swollen ankle and so mine was:

    Row 500m then airdyne for 1:40 min then rest 3 min for 3 rnds.

    1 strict MU + 3 MU on min for 11 min

    Rack Jerk up to 235 x4

    30 Double unders
