    split jerk 3×1 at 145
    push press 3×5 at 95
    4 rounds of 30 sec MU and 30 sec HSPU w/ minute rest in btw sets:
    -not sure about exact numbers but around 2 mu’s per round and 6-12 HSPU per round

  2. AM: heavy snatch singles off blocks up to 105#
    Squat heavy sets of 5 up to 155×5, 175×3
    PM: jerk up to 145# (pr)
    Push press 105×5
    Today’s WOD: 13:50 rx
    My shoulders are wrecked.

  3. AM- Block Snatch 165×1.. 155 several times to work on form but still too many misses
    Block Clean- 225×1
    GHSU- 10 on the min w 10# plate for 7 min

    PM- Jerk 235×1
    Push Press- 145×5, 155×5, 165×5
    WOD- 20:10
    First 30 w no bands (6,4,2,2,2,2…..)
    Last 20 w skinny blue/red (7,7,6)…. so many little sets= SO MANY situps.. AM + PM ab work is gonna make for a rough day tomorrow!!

  4. A) 75lbs. on jerk
    B) Worked of off 160; just missed the last rep
    C) 8:55; I used one medium sized band and one small band
