  1. Snatch from low blocks – 215, 220, 225, 225, 230 (tiny pressout), 230 just missed the catch

    Back squat 3s – 245, 275, 295
    GHR (no negative) 3 x 10
    Then 5 rounds of: DU(x2) + GHSU – 21, 18…9 reps
