    2 mile run

    Block cleans up to 125 then went back down to 105 to work on form
    10 gh raises and 10 ttb alternating even and odd min for five rounds
    ^^ did all ttb’s unbroken!!!! Woohooo
    5 pistols each leg and 10 lateral box bounds for five rounds ( 9 min? )

    I’m tired
