    Didn’t really have time for a WOD because of class 🙁 Did 50 double unders (broken up into 33-17) and 50 GHSU then had to scram!

  2. Added two home WODs to the day (the first one I got from a travel WODs page from CrossFit Maximus)

    “Invisible Fran”- 21-15-9 air squats and pushups
    5:17

    then 5 rounds of
    5 HSPU
    10 burpees
    15 situps
    11:40 Rx
