Sunday – planning, recovery

We are taking a survey to see how many people would be interested in doing a sprint interval program in the morning a couple days a week to work on endurance, get a little leaner, etc.  It would be a great way to kick start your metabolism in the morning: come in before breakfast (but drink some BCAAs to save muscle), get in and out in 30 minutes.  Just gauging interest, so if you would likely participate, please leave a comment here.  Considering Tues and Thurs morning to start…
