  1. No Buddy WOD…Adrian, Taylor, Charlotte, Cait, and I were the only people there so instead we did…
    3 rounds:
    400m run, OH KB swings (70/53), 20 GHSU followed immediately by 2 min max rep Wall balls (20/14)

    10:38 for the 3 rounds
    42 wall balls..took too much time transitioning, definitely was not immediate 🙁

    21 wb…more like just “balls” cause they never actually hit the wall.

    Worked up to 235 on hang cleans (PR)
    21, 15, 9 of thrusters (65#), kb swings (70#), and burpees
