  2. Sunday morning at rockhard gym in Atlanta…
    4 rounds of variations of #25 kb swings stuff and #25 medicine ball stuff then some footwork drills

    Bench press:
    35 unbroken reps at 95# (but it was with a chain… Idk I don’t think it was 95#)
    16 unbroken reps at 115# (again.. Chain stuff?)

    These guys would not survive a day at our gym.
