    C) Several car/truck pushes and apparently I wasn’t very fast because Becky told me to “Run faster Rachel!” during our partner push. 😉

  2. Team competition at CF Addiction. 4 person team, our team 2 guys 2 girls. Most teams had 4 guys, but did not deter our dominance…

    1. Niko and his mustache were beasts!! He destroyed the sled push and the comp had some gangly rings..hanging by a metal cable…who does that? But Niko was killin the MUs & HSPU in the end. It was the power of the stache for sure.

We killed this comp. Even though we ended in 6th place of 15….there weren’t many teams with 2 females…and we all know that females are weak. wait…nope…no we aren’t. Overall, It was pretty awesome work in 107 degree weather.

      Classic City Crossfit represented!
