    Not sure about the time, but it was fun to watch the globo-gymmers try to figure out what I was doing with a dumbell.

  3. AM – DB bench press 100 x 7 x 3 sets
    Block clean + power clean up to 255

    PM – DL singles at 385, 405, 425, then 3 rounds of 10 OH KB swings (88) + 15 TTB + 20 true pushups

  4. Saturday:
    .5 mile run
    Then 10 rounds of 100 m sprint + 50 air squats
    On last round, do 100 m of burpee broad jumps
    .5 mile run back home

    Sunday:
    21-15-9 pullups, burpees, games KB swings (35)
