    EMOMx10 1 sled drag (building up to 190 + whatever the sled weighs)
    For time:

    200 DU, 30 burpees, 30 PU
    2 rounds
    30 AD cal, 30 BJ (24), 60 air squats
    1 round
    200 DU, 30 burpees, 30 PU
