    Strength
    1a. 4×8 strict GH raise – bodyweight
    1b. 4×2 Barbell TurkGU (2 per arm) – guys bar
    Conditioning
    3 rounds for total working time and total reps C2B
    50 DU + 5 push jerks 135# – 1:06, 1:55, 1:08
    Max UB C2B – 15, 12, 12

    1. All this work but no heavy weights…Im just joshing dood!
      Front Squat 3 Rep Max PR @ 300.
      Press 3 Rep Max @ 160

  2. A) worked at low weight just to see how it felt, first time I’ve pressed in 6wks!
    B) 7min AMRAP 5 parallel ring rows and 10 WB #14: 7rds even

  3. AM – mid block snatch up to 225, still tryin to shake the rust off
    Back squat 5, 4, 5 reps at 295

    PM – 3 TnG powercleans on the minute for 10 min (155 x 2 sets, 185 x 3, 195 x 2, 205, 215 x 2)
    Then 5 rounds of 30 sec max BJ (24″) + 30 sec max AD cals, 1 min rest
    BJ all between 25 and 29, AD from high teens to low 20s, left my sheet at gym)

  4. Can’t get in a real CF gym but thanks to Brent found a good little gym that will let me lift heavy things and play around with pullup bars and prowlers!

    1st day of lifting in over a month. Don’t laugh people. Although today I did hit my 5 rep max for press! Lifting, how I missed you.

    Before all that I did a random field WOD…
    5 rounds (down and back is 1) of 100 meter sprint and 10 burpees
    9:52
    followed by 4 rounds of 20 situps, 20 squats

  5. 3 mile run this morning (28 min.. Nice and easy)
    3 mile run this evening ( 26 min )
    *when I stress… I run….blame Ochem and biochem

    3 rounds of 10 strict pullups and 10 push ups
