  1. AM: 3 power cleans on the min for 15 mins – 6 at 185, 4 at 195, 5 at 205
    TTB on the min for 5 mins – 12,12,8,5,6
    PM: HBBS 2 sec pause at bottom – 225×5, 245×5, 265×5, 285×4
    On the min for 10 min KB complex – odd min left arm 5 swings, 5 snatch, 5 oh squat
    even min right arm

  2. AM:
    12 min of 3 tng power cleans 3 min @ 105, 3 min @ 115, 3 min @ 120, and 3 min @ 125
    3×20 70# weighted sit ups

    PM:
    High rack back squat..2 (115×5) and 2 (125×5) ** 2 long a$$ seconds at the bottom
    5 swings, snatches, and squats w/ 25# KB on the min alternating right and left arm for 10 min
    10 14# UNBROKEN wall balls on the min for 5 min
