    PM) Press 75×5, 80×5, 85×4
    WTD PU 3x 25#, 30#, 35#… 1×40#
    10 40 yard sprints
    30, 35, 40, 45, 50 DU’s
    10 15# GHSU’s on the min for 5 min

  2. A.) snatch 145 ( having trouble getting past 145, need practice)
    B.) back squat – 245 x5 PR!!!
    C.) 10, 8, 6, 6, 10(rings)
    D.) check.

    B. 175×5 (10#pr)
    C. 13,13,10,9,9
    D. Check

    It’s been a really rough few weeks. I didn’t expect to get a PR any time soon, much less today and much less 2! Thanks for the motivation everyone! Especially JT and B-wall, my workout buddies!
