  3. Dropped in on No Excuses CF in Suwanee and did their WOD!

    5 rounds of 2 rope climbs on the top of each minute
    Then…

    100 DU
    1000 m row

    Had a new “PR” for consecutive DU’s! 40 in a row! Time was 12:03

    7:47 w/ abmat for last 7 HSPU

    Collarbone, shoulders and top of head are making their way to a nice shade of gray/black as I type this.

  6. A: 105×3 In the middle of the 3rd rep, Brent said they looked easy and insisted I go up to 115. I wussed out and failed twice. Needless to say, I had 105 and maybe should have attempted 110 first.
    B: 9:23ish at 95# (one purple and one small green)

  7. A: 130 x 5
    B: 10:48 the whole spectrum of color bands – reds, blues, greens, and pinks. HSPU’s are dragons that must be slayed. (115lbs)
