  1. AM: Press up to 135×5 PR
    Jerk work up to 185
    10 min on the min: odd – 5 HSPU, even – L sit hold on parallel bars as long as possible
    PM: Hang power clean triples – up to 145
    Front squat singles up to 225
    10 min on the min: odd – 5 GHD, even – 3 power snatches (95) + 3 strict CTB
    10 mins 30 on 30 off of whipping myself then
    10 mins 30 on 30 off sprint rows – 1580m

  2. A. 65,75,80×4 behind the neck press
    B. 75 lb snatches. Strict CTB. HSPU on 25lb plates, no bands
    C. 121 single leg DU’s

  3. A. 80, 85, 90
    B. 85 snatch. Regular kipping HSPU
    C. Not sure…was getting 30-45 each set. 10 min Bike intervals

  4. AM – first presses in months; 125 x 5, 145 x 5, 155 x 4
    jerks up to 275
    then between 3 and 5 extra rom HSPU w 1 sec pause @ bottom on odd min, 15-20 sec L-sit hold on even min for 10 min

    afternoon : HPC 3 x 3 @ 215, then clean max up to 300 (PR +20)

    PM – 4 x 500 m row @ 90%, rest 1 min

  5. A. 70, 75, 78
    B, 70#, 3 unassisted HSPU for the first two rounds, 5 with small blue and purple thereafter
    C. 217 (lowest 12, highest 28)

  6. A) 55, 65, 75(only could get 4)
    B) 55# small purple/blue bands for HSPU (A couple without bands)
    C) Row Sprint 30 on 30 off for 10 minutes- Row machine said 1388 meters but it still keeps going when you stop so I don’t know…..
