  3. A) 63 x 17, first time pressing in a long time… Thought it was 68 but my bar math was terrible today!
    B) didn’t go very high d/t shoulder went to 125
    C) sub ring rows for HSPU: 12H, 9L; sit ups: 15H, 12L

  4. Press: 75 x 3 (PR)
    Jerk: 130. Not too horrible since I’m just getting back into the swing of lifting. Hit a 130 C/J before I moved so I wasn’t too unhappy.

    Not sure what my numbers were for Tabata, but I know my high for HSPU was 7 and low was 3, and I did exactly 10 each time for abmat situps.

  5. AM – hang snatch 175 x 5, 185 x 3, 195 x 3, 205 x 2, near miss on 3rd

    PM – Jerk up to 295
    Press 155 x 5
    Then Tabata HSPU (extra-rom, hands on rubber 45s) + strict chins
