  1. Ramsey WOD:

    A) Ten snatch singles at 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 75%, 70%, 65%, 60% of 1 rep max. EMOM. If you lose your balance and step forward or back, its a no rep. If you fail entirely, you must do 10 burpees over bar.

    Worked up to 170. Did not lose balance on any.

    B) Front squats as RXed, at 200lbs

    C) 4 RFT: 3 snatch high pulls at 205lbs, 10 bar facing burpees, 10 strict pullups. Time: 10:33
