    B. For time: 30 lunge lateral box jumps 20″ + 30 lateral bjs + 30 bike cals + 30 row cals + 30 wallballs 20# – 8:52

  2. A) 130 did too many reps trying to get to max and couldn’t get there
    B) 79×5
    C) 35:35 3MU/rd couldn’t string together DU’s to save my life. Brutal.

  3. A. 255 tied PR.. missed 260 twice
    B. 133 x 4
    C. Dunno time, finished 20-30sec last in my group of Ske, Jen, Rachel
    sub CTB, Ring Dips.. and 7x7x15x40 on last 2 rounds
    First time doing all unassisted ring dips for an entire wod, also got 2 of 5 rounds of DU unbroken (up from previous best of 33 unbroken)

  4. AM – hang power snatch triples off blocks at 185
    Snatches up to 225
    Windshield wipers + shoulder prehab

    PM – Back squat triples @ 335, 345, 355 PR
    No time for metcon today

    Strongman sit ups 75lbs

    PM: Squat 295 x5

    B) worked off 155 max
    C) 4 rounds 37 mins… That’s what a 10 day vacation gets you. Well worth it though!
