    Metcon EMOM for 10 min 3 block power cleans – 185

  2. AM – hang snatch work, trying to improve speed under the bar

    PM – back squat 325 x 4, 3, 4 reps
    Power cleans @ 225, 3 on the minute for 10 min off mid blocks
    TTB on the minute for 5 min – 20, 15, 15, 12, 15
