    C. 5 rounds of: max set unbroken banded BMU, then 10 WB (7:00 total)

    A2) 2-3 each round, went down to just black band
    B) 60 (34/35)
    C) 20:28 ( sub row for run and banded pull-ups for MU, same scheme)
