    D. I don’t even know what the time was, I started hyperventilating after I ran into the gym so my main goal was not passing out.

    B) worked up to 5 reps@ 135
    C) 15 reps on the first two sets, 10 reps on the next 3. Used 70lbs. KB’s the whole time
