This is our low impact offering, typically enjoyed by clients in their 50s and up. There is a strong emphasis placed on injury prevention and corrective exercises to improve core strength, posture, and any aches and pains that you may be dealing with. Every class is tweaked for every individual in attendance, so that each person gets the right amount of challenge while still working around any issues they may be dealing with. Our Masters class meets three mornings and anyone can jump right in at any time. We will ease you into things and make you feel right at home!
