    Block snatch – singles up to 170
    weighted situps 100# – 12, 10, 15 reps

    PM close grip benchy – 3×7 @ 185
    snatch grip press – 3×5 @ 80
    Buddy MU + BJ (28″) couplet – 10 rounds total: 4 MU round 1 and 2, 3 MU last 8 rounds.

    Block single snatches up to 110 PRRRRR!!!!
    Weighted sit ups w/70lb dumbbell 3×20

    A) 191×6
    B) Check!
    C) Check! With 45lb plate

  3. AM – power snatch triples off mid blocks up to 195 (PR by 5)
    Then 6 single snatches at 215
    3 x 20 weighted situps
    Shoulder prehab

    PM – DB bench press 100 x 8, 6, 8, 8
    Snatch grip rear press – 110 x 5 x 3 sets
    Then 10 rounds (w 20 lb vest) of 3 MU + 6 BJ (28″)
    Twas def tougher after today’s pressing than it was after Tuesday’s pressing

    Block snatch – singles up to 105 PR!!!
    70# weighted situps 3×20

    narrow bench week 2 … 10 reps at 90#
    1 muscle up on the minute for 10 min ( 1 linked.. and a couple missed 🙁 )
    3 rounds of max rep pu followed by burpees till the end of the minute and then du for a minute.. harder than i thought!!!
